AOL at 3%
 

Recently my parents computer, which runs AOL broadband has gone from being pretty fast, to really fucking slow. I checked networking in the task manager, and even though the link speed is 7Mbps, Network Utilization never goes above 3%. Also it recently started saying that a network cable has become unplugged every five minutes, although it's stopped that now. Can anyone help?

Actually, I think I've solved it. I checked my e-mail and it turns out it's probably AOL 'improving' their service. So anyway, feel free to delete this.
