Emulator's

Hello, so here is my question. I got a PSX emulator.......AdriPSX ILE Edition 1-0-5, And I have no clue how to make the games work. I got a game for it.....But when I got to boot the file or what ever it says. The file does not show up. Anyone know what to do or a better emulator?:dealer:

Hello, so here is my answer. First, use ePSXe, not AdriPSX. Second, read the fucking readme.

Ok, I got ePSXe, but I still dont know how to make a game work. I read the thing. Still nothing. I went to BOIS and all their was are idiot who call me "Fucking Stupid" Or "Bitch" if I ask them....

Why do people insist on putting apostrophes in plurals? Drives me INSANE.

Read the README for ePSXe. Or read the FAQ on their site. It points you in the right direction for everything.

Get a working PS bios (do a google for "SCPH-7502.BIN"), run the wizard in epsxe and set everything up. Use Pete's GPU plugins, default ISO plugin, etc.

You might want to grab epsxe 1.5.2 and 1.6.0 since they're both better than each other in some ways - for instance, 1.6.0 can't run Chrono Cross without crippling slowdown.

Should be relatively simple.

Actually, 1.6.0 can run Chrono Cross without the element grid slowdown.
You just need to edit the ePSXe shortcut a bit. (Or if you don't have a shortcut, make one.)
Just right click your shortcut, it should open in the shortcut bar by default. Where it says Target: X:\where_ever_your_emulator_is\ePSXe.exe edit that part to say X:\where_ever_your_emulator_is\ePSXe.exe -noauto

Interesting; didn't know that. Thanks for the tip.

*switches to 1.6.0*
