The easiest way I see is to share the drive on the network; then other computers connected on the same network will be able to access the drive. Open up Explorer on the computer with the drive you want to share; right click it and select Properties. Click on the Sharing tab, and check the box "Share this folder on the network" and give it a share name. (For this example, it'll be "Music".) Now, you need to find out your host name; click Start > Run and open up a command prompt, then type in "ipconfig -all". At the top it should tell you the host name. If it is something silly you can always change it to something shorter by going into Control Panel > System > Computer Name > Network ID. (For this example, it'll be "spikeh".)
On the other computers, open up Explorer once again and go Tools > Map Network Drive. Choose a drive letter and in "Folder" type "\\yourhostname\share name" without the quotes. Using the two examples above, it'll be "\\spikeh\music". Check "Reconnect at logon" you plan on leaving the PC on all the time.
