Is it possible to save this video file to my computer?
 

The video link does work, but I can't save it to my computer.
Is it because mms is at the beginning of the URL? What is mms anyway?

You can make the download of video streams through of specific softwares, like Net Transport.

And MMS is a protocol of Microsoft for media data transport.
