Popups who keeps opening

On my GF's laptop there is still a problem we want to get rid of. Those stupid popups who keeps opening with IE even if we aren't using IE. I did some SpyBot Search & Destroy scan (who haven'.t found any spyware), the same goes for Ad-Aware.

So far, I got a HiJackThis log, so maybe you could help me by looking at it. If you have any other clues to help me solving this sh**ty problem... please tell me! Thanks a lot!

The problem is: en6ol1j31.dll (Look2Me infection)

Not sure if you know french (But I saw Marie-Andrée so I'm taking a guess that you do or she does), here is the soluce in french: ICI!

If not, I'm pretty sure you can find an english one by searching on Google.

Good luck.

Don't worry, actually... I'm a french canadian so.. ;) that "Marie-Andrée" stuff is my GF's name ;)

This website can analyze those Hijackthis logs and determine which are good and which are bad.

Also, for another scanning program, I would recommend Trendmicro's antispyware program. It clears out spyware/adware bugs and also runs Cwshredder, a program that specifically goes after hijackers. This along with your other programs in safe mode should take care of this problem.

Finally, I got rid of that problem. It was *only* the Look2Me infection.

Now, everything's okay!
