Kirby (Tentative Title) [NDS]

* Kirby's back and ready for a bellyful of adventure.
* When someone steals some strawberry shortcake, the pink powerhouse sets out after them, learning new skills.
* Players can expect all the floating, jumping and battling of a classic Kirby game, but this time, Kirby's copy abilities have been massively boosted. Not only can players mix and match copy abilities by using the stylus to drag them together inside Kirby's copy center (located on the touch screen), but the powers themselves now have the ability to affect the environment, as well as foes. Burn trees and grasses with the Fire ability or freeze water with the Ice ability.
* In sub-game mode, this game also features multiplayer fun for up to four players, using either Multi-Card or DS Download Play over DS Local Area Network.

Two screens on the N-Sider site. I'd link them... but my right mouse button is BROKEN.

Totally sick! I was rather disheartened when the Kirby title for the GC was delayed/cancelled, and Canvas Curse disappointed me terribly. I've been waiting a long time for something new to satisfy my Kirby fix :) I hope there are more wacky new powers to come in play.

O man, i've been seriously needing a good kirby game since Kirby 64 left me disappointed. I haven't gotten around to Canvas Curse, no money. One day, i'll track it down.

I liked Canvas Curse, but nothing can replace a classic Kirby experience. This game looks like it will offer that, so I can't wait to play it!

Sweet! I need to check this out as well.

Canvas Curse was brilliant, though I find myself going back to the first Kirby game. Nightmare in Dreamland, or what it's called...

I can't wait to get my greasy mits on a new Kirby game.... (Which reminds me, I should get that Magic Mirror, for GBA that was released some time ago :o )

Nightmare in Dreamland is a remake of the NES game Kirby's Adventure released for the GBA. Your post made it sound like it was a DS game, so I just wanted to get that out. Canvas Curse is the only Kirby game released on the DS so far.

And by the way, Kirby and the Amazing Mirror is the other GBA game you mentioned.

Right, thanks for clearing that up. I must admit I'd forgotten what the NES game was called, even though I played it to death:(
As for Kirby and the Amazing Mirror... I was right about the mirror, wasn't I?

Anyway, I'm pretty excited about a batch of new copy abilities and about a limited enviromental interaction. (Cutting grass? <3)
