How hard would this be...
 

I want to replace the motherboard in my laptop, I've never even replaced one in a Desktop, but I'm pretty good with this kind of stuff. Is this hard...? A lot of risky things? Give me your input.

i would think it would be very hard bearing in mind most lsptops are built around set components... opening laptops can in many circumstances meaning never getting them back together again...

It's essentially impossible, unless you mean it died and you're replacing it with an identical one.
