Atari forum.
I've been thinking this over, and I thought it would be nice to have an Atari or Atari Lynx forum. Some people had the Gameboy, while cool people had the Lynx. Infernal backs me up on this, as an Atari forum would be fucking rad and with the amount of games available for the Atari, there wouldn't be an overflowing amount of topics created.
There's also no current place to discuss Klax, seeing as how Klax hasn't been rereleased for this generation of consoles. I think this would be highly beneficial to gff's reputation, seeing as we have Microsoft, Nintendo, and Sony forums. I don't see why Atari forums wouldn't be entirely out of the question. So, what do you think? Klax or no klax? I would make a stupid poll, but it would probably end up being removed. |
A forum for an old console that only a few members still care about? I don't really see it happen. Why not just make a discussion thread in general gaming?

There was the 2800, 7800, Jaguar, and the Lynx. Am I forgetting something? I'm a bit tired.
That's like calling the PS2 the same as the PS1 as it's made by Sony. Same applies for Atari. You prove a good point though - people these days don't know shit about the Atari name or what they've made, so people understanding this and learning from it would be a huge plus. Also, this would be a nice area for veteran gamers to talk over their own Atari products and/or past Atari products they've owned and played with. |
GFF needs more KLAX WAVE.

Yeah.
A board game forum is also a great idea. |
I miss my Atari 7800 :(
Choplifter, Joust, Imposible Mission.. all gone :( I'm all for this forum =D |
You guys can do this in General Video Gaming forum. I mean if you're going to go that far you might as well make a Classical Gaming Forum (N64/PSX/Saturn and older) and be done with it.

I support a Sega board, but the idea of a "Classical Gaming" isn't bad at all.

Let us not forget these babies.
They deserve a whole forum of their own! http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v3...xtmutation.jpg http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v3...dheld-pic1.jpg |
