I forgot how many years old that is, but I miss doing these group pictures.

Since summer is coming up, I was wondering who here would be interested in participating in another group picture like this. With some sorta summer theme with a beach and such. I remember we did one, but I have the picture burned on a CD somewhere and I think I lost it.

I'm not exactly good at organizing these kinds of things though, so if someone else would be so kind as to grouping pictures together as finding the background if this does go through ^_^"...

I'm interested. What exactly do we do? I take it, judging from the other images, that we just make a character based on a themed background or something? Does it have to be anime inspired or are we welcome to do whatever style we choose? Details please!

I'm game too.. yeah those are really old. I remember seeing those years ago whenever I first showed up at gff to leach sheet music. I think that was back during gamingforce audio. It looks like a bunch of self portraits based on online personas. I'll be glad to add mine to the mix.

Well, normally we have a set of guidelines for the picture. I remember for that particular picture we were supposed to draw ourselves or our personas coming back to the new school year. I don't remember about the style though =/.

I don't remember there being any stylistic restriction though, but the only reason that it is colored a certain way is because it is to make the life for the person who is putting this together easier. You either have a sharp edge that makes it cutting out easier, or having it done on a PSD file format with transparencies.

Count me in, I'll be happy to be part of an event like this.

Any updates on this project?

Well, I was basically waiting to see if there was enough interest, organize something quick at the beginning of June, and then kick it off for a due date at the end of June, if anyone else can give me any suggestions that'd be great.

How about what you would normally do over the summer? Like a drawing of a person, or you, or your persona, fishing, sleeping, playing some sort of sports, video games, anything else during summer.

It would be hard to find a background to go with all those themes though. So far I was just thinking about "fun on the beach" or something. Although I hardly go to the beach myself in summers lol. Or a camping theme one would be neat too, actually, I'd prefer that more.

Well, background can probably be painted after we arrnaged all the character, besides, we aren't really looking for something that would "make sense" persay, its just fun to look at, I think, with all the character togather. I just think we shouldn't be constrained by one or two elements, although camping could be nice.

Well, if the background is going to be drawn, I can't exactly do that, since I seriously blow at perspective, I nominate magi :D lol.

I vote for a camping theme though.

EDIT: After figuring out that SCHNEE-5 is actually you magi lol, I'd like to ask if you're interested in drawing the background if this starts off.

Camping I'm down with. Someone make a Friday the Thirteenth reference in there!

Of course I would be interested in drawing the background. It would be one of more interesting challenge, to say the least.
