Problems with Trillian
 

Sometimes Trillian just randomly cuts off on me. It's not the entire Internet (that only happens sometimes). Sometimes I'll be talking to my friends and Trillian will shut itself down. I can still search for stuff on the Internet. Why does it do this and how can I make it stop?

Also, I'm having problems sending files some of my friends. Trillian itself is on the Exceptions list for Windows Firewall, but yet, there's certain friends I can't send stuff to. Any help on that as well?
