Castlevania: The Concert
 

Hi there!

Read it yesterday at OSV: On February 19th, 2010 a concert covering the Castlevania series will be held in Sweden at Stockholms Konserthus. Performed by the Stockholm Youth Symphony Orchestra, Michiru Yamane herself will join the evening and enjoying the audience with a new arrangement, her performance and, of course, a meet and greet.

Seems that Sweden is going to be the second VGM hotspot in Europe besides Germany. I'd love to be there as I love VGM and learning Swedish at the moment but mid February is exam time. :/

What about you? Hot for some organ pipe action? ;)

Michiru Yamane is going to be there?

Great, I saw her perform in Leipzig, she's really awesome! Praise the VGM ladies! *G*

I just realized the concert will not be performed by the usual orchestra lurking at the Stockholm Konserthus. I do not want to pay such an enormous amount of money for an amateur orchestra, no matter how good they could be.

Bleah.

My friends recorded the whole concert with a nice quality recorder, but I don't know if it turned out good or not.

well, they should add more songs from Castlevania on there play list. Somthing like, 'Dance hall' from aria of sorrow. After aria of sorrow, every castlevania games have arranged version of it. (demon's geust house, Visitor in silk hat, behind the gaze, shop theme(OOE), Even in Option theme (HOD))
