A sound editor, player, recorder, and converter?

Does anyone know of such a program? One that's free. (Or have a patch to it)

I'm currently using the trial version of Goldwave for the editing of my MP3s.

I'd like to know if there is a better editing program & Recorder?

Audacity is both good and free. Give it a try.

The program is a bit slower and worse then Goldwave. I probably should have just asked for a Goldwave Patch.
