.svf subs to movie.....
Heya,
I have a avi movie and svf subs but I have no clue how to work them... Both files are in the same folder + same name. I have the combined codecs downloaded (I think it's called CCCD or something). Normally when I open a movie up an icon on the bottom right hand corner appears. When I right-click on it under subs there is nothing... so I tried to copy the svf file and paste it (changing the extension to .sub) and that was read under subtitles but nothing showed up..... So my question is - do I do? Thanks |
I am not aware of any subtitle format called SVF. A cursory search called it a "Simple Vector File", which isn't a softsub.
Can you upload it so I can take a look-see? |

I winrared it 'cause otherwise I can't upload it |
That's not a subtitle file. It contains a list of CRC32 hashes for integrity checking. Are there any other files with the movie?

Not only is that not a subtitle file, but it's an .sfv for a CAM rip of a movie that's still in theaters, so proper subtitles probably don't even exist for your file.

And it's not even svf. It's sfv, simple file verification.
You may want to check out Addic7ed.com - Quality Subtitles for Tv Shows and movies. for subs. |
this only for checking CRC32
