Guilty Gear- The battle of the gears...
 

I was recently was playing at an arcade and I remembered how much I loved this game. I like the gameplay, the controls and the story is wicked awesome as well.

What does everyone else think of this game? Fav. Char? Got any wicked combo's that you want to brag about?

Personally, I love this game. It's the only fighting game that I really still enjoy playing. I have given up on MvC2, Soul Calibur, and even KOF(well, i still play it but not as much...that's besides the point)

The story is badass, the whole thing with the gears rising against the world and the holy order.

Guilty Gear = Best Fighting Game Ever.

This really has been the standout of fighting games for me; a 2D fighter that still manages to get attention in a world dominate by games like Dead or Alive and Soul Calibur. In an era of 3D fighting games, this game really is one of the best.

Favorite character? Well, my favorite characters are Ky, Baiken, and Jam, but my best characters fighting-wise are Eddie and the new chick in Isuka, A.B.A. Actually, I think it's the characters, for me at least, that keep me hooked to this game. I love everything about the game, but it's the wide cast of characters that keep me coming back for more.

Last year, I was at Anime Expo 2005 over at the Anahiem Convention Center, and I spent a good deal of time in the arcade they set up over there, just playing Guilty Gear X2 and Isuka and taking on all challengers and what not.
