Does anyone know the name of the manga she is from?
 

I have been trying my hardest to not only find the original of this picture but I have been trying to find the manga where she is from.

Where did you find the image? It looks like it could've been taken from a manga, but it could just as easily be some original fanart as well....

I doubt it is from a manga/mangaka; I googled the number at the top of that image and found a myspace page for "--JingJing;; [7.4k] w4w?"

I'm guessing, based on the similar art style and signature, that that person is the artist. You should try asking her for the original, or where she found her profile picture.
