Problem with burning an image
I have a game that is on 2 discs (bin and cue format) and the size of the bin file is about 735 mb for each. When I try to burn it onto a 700 mb CDR disk with nero, it won't let me because it says it is too big.
How can I burn these images onto a CDR disk (separate ones, obviously)? Or do I have to use a DVDR? Will that still boot up normally and let me install the game? Thanks. |
Well like you said you can use a dvd (which i would probably do)
-or- you can be manly and overburn that shiz. I don't know how to do other than by using nero, but if you look in nero preferences you should find it.. be warned, sometimes overburning can mess up the disc, or even the burner. but it's very rare. I'd just back em up to dvd 1 disc is > 2 haha get it? |
You can buy 800 mb discs.

They're a little more expensive, but with the overwhelming use of DVD's over CD's, it's an insignificant difference. Personally, I'd just buy a spool of DVD's. You could even put both images onto one DVD and mount the images with something like PowerISO Virtual Drive Manager. |
