Well, back in the day some Russian bootleggers used to sell unauthorized data CDs of OC ReMixes. People were buyin' em, so they were makin' some rubles. Enough people that news of it eventually got back to the site. Some poor Russian suckers were buying legally freely available stuff. Bootlegs go for the ignorant, not the informed. :-)
