Disk full, but it's not!

I put in the screenshot: Disk size of the destination disk, size of file trying to be transferred, and the error. I have no clue why it won't let me copy it to this other drive when there are 4x more space free than it needs. Any suggestions?

How to convert a FAT16 volume or a FAT32 volume to an NTFS file system in Windows XP

Thanks for the reply RYU. For some reason, when I enter the drive label, it just automatically exits and doesn't seem to fix the problem. I don't see a solution for that on that webpage or anywhere else I looked. Would you have any suggestions by chance?

start -> run -> "cmd"

Then run the convert command in the command prompt window. You'll be able to see the error (if there's any) and troubleshoot.

Wow... I should have figured out that one myself. Sorry about the stupid question, and thanks for answering it.
