Does Peer Guardian 2 work?

I have this installed but how do I know if this is working? And are the list's accurate?

It should be, but I stopped using that program ages ago due to the fact that it blocked many seeders on Bittorrent due to them being in a University. Other than that it should work as billed.
BTW you'll know it's working as it should list the IPs it blocks.
