Super Mario Adventures Comic scans HERE!!

1 Attachment(s)
This is Super Mario Adventures a comic published inside the Nintendo Power magazine in the year 1992. Illlustrated by Charlie Nozawa (a.k.a. Tamakichi Sakura) and the story comes from Kentaro Takekuma. A very funny way to see Mushroom Kingdom.

Please enjoy and comment this comic, bump or rate so everyone can see this. I'll try to update every week.
BTW sorry about a few shades, but I didn't want to bend too much the book. I'm very careful with those things

A million thanks to Kairyu who will be hosting the comic from now on. You rock man!!! :edgarrock: :edgarrock: :edgarrock:

After a long retirement of this project I'm back. I'm sorry if somebody though that this will be all, don't worry I'll make whatever i need to complete this scan, it will take long due my new job but it will be done.
ENJOY

LEAPING LUGNUTS, TOADMAN

Wow. This is fantastic in the worst way possible. Can't wait for more.

Heisho-Ryuu Apr 2, 2006 04:33 PM

there are 12 volumes so i'll try to upload 2 or 3 volumes next week, but now i need to take a rest from work

Elcee Apr 2, 2006 04:45 PM

I have hard copies. Two volumes. Hardcover. I've had them for as long as I can remember so I don't know where I got them. My compilations also feature Megaman, Captain N and Metroid, and that old eggplant minion and the others. Old school.

This is an awesome nostalgia trip.

I've got these too.
It was weird back when I was subscribing, because they spawned off.
There were Adventures of the Super Mario Bros. comics, and Super Mario Bros. comics. The former came later, and copied the SMB comics. I'm not sure why it happened.
There was A LOT of overlap in the issues. It was pretty annoying.

A thought just occured to me..

I remember there was a Legend of Zelda: Link to the Past comic running as well. Any chance we'll be seeing that too? :o

Is this the one you're talking about? (As I'm sure there were many different ones through the years.) The quality isn't all that good though.

chato Apr 3, 2006 11:25 AM

hmm the art isn't so bad for a comic..

eriol33 Apr 3, 2006 12:11 PM

Sorry if my request rather rude, but could you upload them in sendspace them instead? I heard GFF rather strict for the bandwidth, attachments like these might drain the bandwidth. :)

sorry, I mean no offence.

eriol33 Apr 6, 2006 12:33 PM

And I must thank you for the uploadin' them in sendspace. :) I will download it now.

Heisho-Ryuu, sorry I forgot to mention, but sendspace actually only valid for two weeks (in contrary to the crazy 50 gb bandwidth they give). I just hope your effort doesn't turn obselete:(.

aku Apr 6, 2006 12:51 PM

YOu know what would be increadable, is if you made a torrent of these and uploaded it to idk, like mininova or somthing that would rock!
Or, you could send it to me and i could make a torrent for it either way, its a win win :p
