Can't create Acer Recovery CD/DVDs, help needed

I've got an Acer Aspire M5640 (WinVista Home Premium) computer and having problem creating the recovery disc(s) when using Acer eRecovery Managment program.
I want to create the factory default disc and drivers and programs (application?) disc I get the message "error code 3 instert an empty CD/DVD".

Try another brand of CD/DVD.
