PC Microphones/Headsets
I'm currently working on a "Let's Play" and my audio commentary has hit a bit of a snag. I'm looking to buy a decent PC Microphone or Headset, but I'm not sure what to look for as far as quality goes. Any help?

I just picked up a Plantronics headset for about $30 at Wal-Mart that was designed for Skype. The USB adapter makes things sound kinda fuzzy on both ends, but it works perfectly without it.

Headsets are complete garbage/a scam, get a real mic (or, real headphones).
I unfortunately don't know much about mics so I can't help you there. |

I use the headset that I bought for my cell phone. It uses one of the mini-jacks, which I thankfully happen to have a little converter for. I use it when I talk to my girlfriend on Skype and she never has a problem with the audio quality, nor does anyone on TF2. It's wired, so there's no battery concerns, and it's made for being used with a cell phone, so it's pretty comfortable.

I got one from EB Games for $20 about two years that I was 100% happy with until I broke it, not sure if it's still in stock but it was able to plug into a Xbox, PS2, or PC so it was amazingly handy, I think I still have the converter thing unruined.
