ChocoJournal: Coming Soon
 

Getting back ChocoJournal is a huge priority of mine and I am working on getting that back as soon as possible. Although I have an older version of the code, I have lost all the templates and have to redesign everything. I'll keep everyone updated on what's going on with it!

What about all our journal entries?

Take your time, forum activity will be enough to keep people busy for some time. I'm glad that I backed up most of my journal entries though (expect the january 2006 ones), so I still have most of the stuff I ever wrote.

I also (thankfully) made a backup sometime in December.
Considering that, it might be nice to start from scratch...

The Chocojournal is coming back!
I should ahve a big party and get high when it does so I can sit by my comp for hours writing stuff in it! :D

Out of interest, are you going to package up and release this version? Or do the same as last time and keep it all under wraps.

So are we making progress on this bobo or....what? Just implement the older code if you have to, screw rewritting it until it's up in some form or another.

Oh, happy day! Yeah, Chocojournal! Oh, how I miss you. I have so many things to talk about. Must... hold out... a little... longer...

I had intended to code a ChocoJournal replacement at one point in time, but it's turning out that I don't have many opportunities to focus on that.
However, if anyone needs something temporary, I suppose that I could hack one of my old scripts to function as a journal. (Anyone wanting this would have to live with a complete lack of styling at all until/if bobo gets chocojournal back up.)
That is, if anyone wants the option, I'd be glad to get it working. (The script in question is a "hatelist" that I coded ages ago; it wouldn't take much work to transmogrify it into a multi-user journal. Again, it is not fancy by any means.)

Awesome. I'm looking forward to this. Although I wasn't active before several months ago, I still thought the ChocoJournal was a great addition to the board.
