How to watch videos from ABC, CBS and NBC

I tried using american proxies, it didn't work.
I also tried using Hotspot Shield, it didn't work either: AnchorFree

All I get is this message:

Can somebody please help me?
I really want to watch Lost streamed. And The Bachelorette.
Please show me a way to bypass this.
