Certain Sites Not Loading

For about a week now I have run into the same problem over and over again. Using Firefox when I try to google searching something, as soon as I hit enter it says Waiting... but then sticks there and does nothing else for as long as I leave it. It does that for other websites as well, myspace and some other forums I visit. I tried it on Iexplorer and for a while they would work but now they are doing the same thing.

The exact messege is "Waiting on www.googlie.com..." but there is no progress bar or anything. I have run spyware and antivirus but have come up with nothing. Anyone have any idea whats up?

Well, there's your problem.. XD

Just kidding. I'm no tech expert here but it may have to do something with your firewall?

What anti-spyware are you using? I had a problem almost exactly like that a few months back. SUPERAntiSpyware.com - AntiAdware, AntiSpyware, AntiMalware! fixed me up right :-)
