Recovering the lost stuff...

I managed to delete something important stuff on my computer by accident, so I'm wondering which recovery program can you guys recommend me to use?

And by delete, you mean "Oops I clicked delete." or.....

"OH CRAP I DELETED IT THEN EMPTIED MY RECYCLE BIN!"

There are plenty of programs out there, but I've had no personal favorite. Go nuts here

It's Oh crap! I deleted by clicking on ''Shift+del'', and then ''enter'' right away! but I want to use a good program someone could recommend me to use! I don't want to use Noobish program and it might fuck up my harddisk
