Unknown PC Error
 

Hello everyone, I would like to ask assistance in figuring out what causes the following error message:

Here are the facts:
- error occurs when connected to the internet.
- happens randomly.

3 pieces of gold to the person who can find the culprit.

You receive a "Generic Host Process" error message after you start the computer, or DBCS attachment file names are not displayed in Rich Text e-mail messages

Not much of a help >.> but sometimes this help

In all my experiences I've never narrowed such an error down any further than it's implied meaning: something, somewhere, commited suicide and Windows didn't like it. I'll wager a guess and say it may be your security software trying to update or actively scanning that brings this on. Try going online a time with it disabled and see how things go.
