program to map mic to speakers
 

Hi,

I wear isolated headphones a lot. It is hard, however, to hear other people and myself. Is there a program that will simply redirect all sound that a mic picks up and outputs it to headphones (or speakers or whatever)?

Yeah, it's called Windows.

Go into the properties of the sound mixer and check microphone under playback devices. Unmute it or bring up the volume, and it will output everything from the microphone to the speakers.
