What exactly is your definition of "can play"? :P

Your best bet is probably a GeForce 8600GT GDDR3 or a Radeon HD 2600XT. You can get either one for under $75 after rebate.

Both are above $75, but I'd pick the 8600 for around 85.

You can also pick up a 7600 or an x1600. They're around 75.

Saw this on Buy.com today...$70 after rebate.
