Help with Driver on my laptop...
Hi!
I bought a newly laptop Acer Aspire 5920G. The laptop comes with Windows Vista OS, and I don't want to use it at all! When I installed Windows XP, and searching around on the net for the drivers for my graphic card Nvidia Geforce 8800 GT, but the problem is, when I went to their official website to download the XP driver, it doesn't work at all! If anyone could help me out where I could download JUST full driver ONLY for Windows XP, I would be really grateful, because...F*ck Windows Vista! I hate it, and I wasted my time 3 hours looking at the graphic card driver for NOTHING! Cheers! |
Go to NVidia and download a copy of their drivers.

nvidia doesn't offer drivers for 8800 GT mobile on their site. Your best bet is to either see if your laptop's manufacturer's website has them or go to LaptopVideo2Go & NVIDIA Related News

Honestly, I have been on Laptoptopvideo2go before, but I don't understand anything how to download the Geforce 8800GT driver at all!
If you could please provide me a link, I would be eternal grateful, because I'm getting my nerves break down of this stupid driver! Cheers! |
Try this:
Vista 32 bits: http://www.acerpanam.com/synapse/dat....15.11.119.zip XP 32 bits: http://www.acerpanam.com/synapse/dat...a_v.101.38.zip Vista 64 bits: http://www.acerpanam.com/synapse/dat...a_v.101.45.zip http://www.acerpanam.com/synapse/dat...-v1268whql.zip |
Wow, it's working! OMG RYU!!! I can't thank you enough!!!
I have been on pressure of this stupid driver 2 days now, and thanks to you, I managed to fix the driver problem! I'm wondering though... since Nivida never released any official driver for laptop, is this kinda modified or something? if so, is there anything I should aware if I'm going to play games etc...? Cheers! |
