Rebuilding DVD from .VOB files
Yeah, so once in a while, there are nubs who torrent the individual files within a DVD instead of just releasing the image itself.
What is the easiest way to compile these files back into a DVD image. |
If all you have are .vob files, then it's pointless to put the thing back into an image since you would still not have the additional, non-video, stuff. To burn the .vobs onto a dvd all you have to do is to place them in a folder titled VIDEO_TS, then create a new folder called AUDIO_TS and then burn both using NERO (as DVD VIDEO FILES). This would give you the same end result as if you'd burned it as an image, but without any menu's, etc.

I have all the files, of course.
Now I know there's gotta be something better than Nero for putting together a DVD. |

Apart from .vobs, you have what? |
You can compile the DVD (or parts of it, if you wish) by selecting DVD Video in Nero, and placing all the files in the VIDEO_TS folder. Burn - finished.
