My wordpress.org crashed, could someone help?

Hello guys, just ten minutes ago I installed a plugin for my site but for some non-apparent reason, my blog displays these horrifying lines above each post:

I have deleted the plugin but it keeps happening. Could someone expert in php and maybe using wordpress.org as well explain me what happens here? thanks in advance.

Tun Sidjaja, I don't suppose you can open up /public_html/wp-includes/formatting.php in notepad, and adding a ";" at the end of line # 668? :)

But... your blog doesn't seem to have the problem now...
