Cannot read from source or disk
 

I burned DVDs a few months ago, which worked perfectly as I always test them before deleting the file. And now when I try to extract them I get the error message: cannot read from source or disk.

I used Nero in WinXP, and now I'm using Vista, if that even tells you anything. Is there a way to retrieve the "corrupted" file?
