What music did you acquire in this past year that you never thought you'd like?

For me it would have to be Pendulum's Hold Your Colour:

Considering Pendulum describe their sound as "drum and bass/rock/electronica", you can imagine my suprise at discovering I actually liked what I would have previously dismissed as "techno crap".

So, anyone else out there buy/obtain an album or tracks they would never have seen themselves enjoying?

I shit you not, I really enjoyed this album.

I can't explain myself. I have no excuse. It's catchy like herpes.
