Installing with ISO and CD

My Vampire Bloodlines' 2nd disc seems to have gotten corrupted so I thought of getting an iso of the 2nd disc. Is there a way to install using my 1st CD then switch to an ISO format for the second them go back to CD format by the 3rd disc?

You could rip ALL your discs into ISOs and install that way using Daemon Tools.

Probably the installer lets you select the drive from where it gets the data between disc changes, so this shouldn't be a problem.
