Looking for a few things for Christmas
 

So recently, I finally picked up a midi to usb cable to connect my digital piano to my comp so I can record some stuff using pro-tools and reason.

I'm currently using an onboard sound card that came with my motherboard, but I want something to take the burden off. I'd also like to pick up a condenser mic for recording vocals and acoustic guitar tracks. Sound card wise, I'm looking for something in the $100-150 range, and I'm willing to throw out $200-250 for the mic. If anyone has any suggestions, or could point me in the right direction, I'd appreciate it. While I'm not new to music, I am new to recording. Thanks in advance for the tips.
