Babylon 5 - $15.99 at Costco!

Babylon 5 season DVD sets are only $15.99 at Costco! OMFG. I bought all 5, then went to Best Buy and saw that they were selling single sets for $57.99. So, I got all 5 seasons for just a bit more than other places are selling a single season for. This is too great a deal; just had to let everyone know in case you're interested in this series. When I went to check-out the cashier said that I was the 3rd person in ten minutes they'd seen buying the whole series.

I started watching this hardcore around season 2 and didn't get to watch many seasons when it was on originally. Season 1 seems to start slow and get under your skin in a good way.

No. Hard Pass. Nov 16, 2007 05:49 PM

I love this series (barring the... unfortunate ending to the Shadow War. Stupid network making JMS think he was going to get canceled so he rushed it.) and have owned it forever. Even the stupid crappy movies.

That is, however, one hell of a swank deal.

Well, to be fair, Best Buy did have them on sale for about $20 about a month or two ago. But yeah, this is the cheapest I've heard of them being.

I've been interested in checking this show out, but I'm gonna have to pass on this deal since I've already bought a ton of TV DVDs this month. Hopefully they'll be on sale again sometime in the near future (though hopefully at a store I actually go to).
