I heard this crazy rumour about Subway I need confirmed
 

So some loony was telling me that Subway, as in the salad bar chain, don't offer carrot in their salads in places outside of Western Australia. In fact the rumour is that Subway actually forbid their stores from using carrot but WA has all these rebel regional mnagers or something and run it anyway.

I order carrot everytime.

So do you guys seriously miss out on this salad staple?

This could explain why they don't offer beetroot. I wish I could have beetroot in my subs.

I've never seen any carrots in any Subways I have been in.

They definitely have carrots for the grinders we order out here. We also have salads in our chains, but it's not half as popular as the grinders.

But yea, I think the rumor is pretty false.

Get in the cah, we'll drahv to Subway and get a wicked pissah of a grindah.

I usually get Meatball Subs so I don't normally give a damn about them anyway.

To be honest, I've lived in and around Boston all my life, and I have never, to my best recollection, heard the term "wicked pisser."

I thought it was complete hogwash for the longest time, and then I dated this girl from Boston for a while. We went back to Bruins territory and I met her brother. And he totally dropped wicked pissah at me. I laughed.
