I don't know what to do with these files...

I just downloaded Rosetta Stone: Latin, and I don't know what to do with these files to get to an executable file. There are a few .TRS files, and folders filled with .swa and .pct files... here's a screenshot, what do I do?

That's the first place I checked, and because of lack of knowledge in this area I was unable to figure out what to do.
