Recovering data

Hi guys.

What is the recommended software to use when I want to recover data deleted from my garbage can? Is there a time limit for this...?

It's been a while since I deleted it....

Try EasyRecovery Pro v6.04 is great program for recover data by format or raw driver or deleted.100% is best one right now,it help alot to get all my data.if don't get it tell me I'll upload it.
