GFF - Highest-quality forums I've seen in a long while.
Digg - Full of idiots, but it's my number one source for tech news and videos of old men getting nailed on escalators.
Kotaku - Easy-to-follow gaming coverage.
deviantART - Somewhere to stick my shitty third-rate photography.
Facebook - How many people out there could possibly hate me?
Penny Arcade - lollary
Macrumors - Source for all Mac news. Browsing the forums is fun; I like reading up people's problems so I can be happy I don't share their grief.
Somethingawful - Double lollary. Forums are top-notch; endlessly entertaining tales within.

Soundtrackcollector.com - What GMR Online is to video game music is SoundtrackCollector to film scores.
IMDb - I use this pretty frequently to look up trivia for movies I recently saw or to find out who composed the music for a particular movie. And also to find out what's coming to theaters soon, and sometimes celebrity/company related news.

Why do you choose to go to these sites? What peaks your interest and why?

I go to pretty much anything Dirt Track Racing and NASCAR. I also check the news and weather often because I like to be kept up to date on things in the world, and if I should go outside or not.

For obvious reasons... checking mail, checking up on school updates. I also think wiki is one of the best things to happen to the internet. I heavily depend on it for a lot of school work I do and any curiosity I have.

Sites: Wikipedia, youtube, Playthenes.com, Gamedev.net, Wesnoth.org and Allacrost.org. This is where I spend a good deal of my time away from Gamingforce.

I really don't browse as much as I used to.

Drew Curtis' FARK.com - To catch up on the hilarious stories of the day, plus its a good SFW site
Slashdot: News for nerds, stuff that matters - Same as Fark, for my tech news update.
Main Page - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia - Usually when I'm bored/need to know something
Smashbros Dojo - For my nightly Japan Time fix.
Demonoid.com - Torrents can be found here, and so can I.
Gamasutra - The Art & Business of Making Games - Videogame Industry News
Galbadia Hotel - For that soundtrack fix.

There are more sites I visit, but usually for a specific purpose (Imageshack for uploading pictures, 4chan for porn/high res images/japan-time, webcomics for their daily strip) so they will not really be mentioned.

ebaumsworld.com, it is so goddamn funny

ebaumsworld steals all it's content form the rest of teh internet, slaps it's shitty little watermark on it and claims it as it's own.

Gamingforce of course, seriously people, if it was not for this message board, I would not be where I am today with my piano'ing, I have found all my sheet music here.. that is basically what I use it for...
