Awkward Dreams
 

Ok, contrast to the Worst Nightmare thread, let's discuss about the most awkward (and tends to make you go:twitch:) dream you've ever had.

My strangest dream was when I was in grade 9th. I dreamed anything (ANYTHING!) in the world just somehow became pink, furry, and had badly drawn wings behind them. Then some pigs fly on the pink sky and I just woke up, feeling very eerie and :twitch:.

Mine was when I was 10 years old.
I dreamed that the terminator(Arnold :)) shooting bazooga and his laser eye (which actually he didn't have one in the movies) at my school and everyone(students) cheer him for breaking it apart.
No other victim than school building. :D

A year ago I had a dream about a elderly jewish time-traveling greengrocer and his magic talking book. When I brought it up in a seminar my tutor said it was the stupidest thing he had ever heard.

Where to begin...

I dreamt my brother was arrested for having child pornography on his computer.

I had a dream where I was having sex with one of my flatmates.

Once I dreamt there was a pus filled thing on my shoulder that looking like a brain, and when I squeezed it all this green looking ooze came out of it.

One time there was the dream where I had an itch on my head, and then all my hair started falling out around the itch. Then the skin came off and there was a little face INSIDE my head that was all deformed and it sneezed.

I dreamt one time that I was forced to wear a women's one peice bathing suit to school. And the weird part was that noone noticed. It was rather awkward and weird. Then I ended up going on the monkey bars. And the dream ended just as I was doing some flip off the top of the monkey bars.

you're tutor's a complete idiot, cause i would totally read/watch anything with that premise. it even rolls off the tongue so nicely.

how does he time-travel? the book? a device? or quantum leap style?

is the book just a companion, or does it serve a function? is it like ziggy (i.e. quantum leap)?

My dreams tend to be excessively violent and filled with barely-dodged misfortune. For a while as a kid I'd dream that I'd died... must've died a thousand times by the time the year was up. As far as awkward though.... I think the most awkward dream ever was when I turned into two people and slept with myself... as another person. I shit you not.

Can't agree more. It could even win the Academy Awards.

The thing I hate about weird dreams is that after waking up and being about for an hour or two, you still remember having the weird dream, you remember it being weird, heck you're still may be going "WTF?". However, you don't remember anything about it. Cause this morning, I had this really weird dream, I remember it being enjoyable of some sort as well but that's it.

Crap damnit.

I was in the choir in college, and on our Spring Break, we did a mini-tour on the east coast. Well, I dreamed the station manager of the college radio station kept following us, telling me I was late for a shift.....Silly, I know....

I had a dream not to long ago that I had angel-type wings that I could make appear at will. They were white with the tips colored in pale colors. Did I fly with these things? No, I would make them appear, smack people with them, then make them disappear again....

Yeah, it does sound funny but i'm really squeamish so it just makes me squirm when I think about it *shudder*.

One I can recall quite vividly was going back in time to my high school and finding two of my friends sat on desks outside the DT classrooms even though there isn't enough room to fit desks there. My ex walked past and I followed him to the office, where I discovered I could read people's minds. They were thinking about a name for a child someone was having, something like Darren. When I read my ex's mind he was thinking about his mother having a baby in the middle of a thunderstorm on a bridge. Quite a vivid image which I doubt I shall ever forget.

Another one was me standing in my room facing the door, but I could see through to the stairs. My mother came up and I asked her if there were any zombies downstairs, so she went down to check, then told me there were. I came downstairs and looked into the kitchen to see said zombie slowly moving forwards. I tried to get her out of the house but she was staring out of the front door, waiting for my father to get home. I ran out past her, calling for her to follow, when my father pulled up in the car (which promptly vanished). They were hugging when another zombie appeared from round the side of the house. They turned and said "Well, hello!" in the most incredibly posh accents, and then the zombie ate their faces.

I had a dream that me and some random people I did not know were running through some random house, chasing a floating A1 sauce bottle. The family dissapeared after I caught the bottle in a room of floating chairs, then my moms boyfriend came out of the room with a knife, then I woke up.

I also had a dream where I was having sex with my best friend. Awkard.

I had a dream recently that comes to mind. It started with some female friends of mine and I talking, as they left one of them called me by my name Daniel and one of them, a black girl, called me "Helen".

I questioned her about the name "Helen", as we friends and she had never used the term before. She replied "Oh didn't you get the bulletin, at 11am all black people will call you "Helen". It's Helen hour!" I was skeptical and during the rest of my dream I went around questioning random black people and the result was always the same, my name was Helen.

I had loads of those naked-in-school dreams when I was younger. Then, during one of them, I started pondering just why I was nude in the first, place, and ever since, they've been gone.

There was one slightly freaky one in which I had a new teacher with a glans in place of one of his eyes. That actually makes me shiver whenever I think about it.

There are two but one of them I can barely remember the details to now. The first one I just remember because towards the end I was in a space pod firing at blocks or such. It was one of those dreams that my best friend responded to me (when I told him) with, "What DID you have to eat last night?"

The other was awkward/freaky because it actually DID happen the next day. Way back in my elementary school, you were given green slips if you got into trouble. Well, in my dream, I got one for some reason or another. I woke up, relieved that i actually didn't get a green slip. Well, as it were, we were in class, and were standing in line to have a teacher check our math papers. The person in front of me had a pencil, and his paper, and then smacked his pencil against my own. I didn't respond at all, but my teacher saw it and thought we BOTH were pencil fighting. SO yes, that meant I had to get a green slip.

On a side note, I remember my mom telling me she didn't like that teacher after talking to her. I never understood for years, until just looking back at that story (and a few others) now.
