Problem playing videos on websites
 

I'm trying to watch some videos on mncast and jeulgam.tv (kinda like Korean versions of Youtube) and I can't get them to play.
They used to work fine when I played them a few months ago, but now they just won't load at all.

Are they working for anyone else?
And does anyone know what my problem might be?

I went to the jeulgam-site and I got a message immediately that Adobe Flash Player should be upgraded.

Maybe that's the problem...?

I downloaded the latest version of Flash player, but it still wont work...
The video player loads, but when I press play the screen just goes black and nothing happens.
