I'm using poweriso rather than the new daemon tools for my mounting options, but i hate that jaggy piss colored icon that it throws all over the place...Does anyone know how I can change that icon, so it looks nice in the tray as well as in the shell context menu?

You are out of luck for the tray icon since this is hard-coded.

Shell context, I'm not sure if that can be changed or not. There MAY be some shell context menu editors that can customize icons, but I haven't tried any.
