Is there a Firefox hack for copyiung and pasting URLs that span two lines?

I like to highlight a URL with my mouse and drag it onto the web page tabs to open up a new tab or open it in the existing tab without having to use CTRL+C and CTRL+V to copypasta it in the URL bar. But some webpages, the URL they post span over two lines like this:

http://www.Gaming
force.com

And when I try to highlight and drag it into the URL bar or another tab, it won't work because it only copied the first line and not the second line. Is there a plug-in or hack that will copy both lines and make it in a single line? Hope that makes sense. Thanks for any help to locate such a hack.

Honestly it takes maybe 5 seconds to paste it into notepad, remove the line break, copy it, and paste it into Firefox :p

Some of the best Firefox add-ons are all about convenience and shaving off small annoyances here and there. ;)

Try this one: https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/2348

Highlight a broken link and it'll give you three menu items:

Open
New window
New tab

Not exactly what you want but still more convenient than Notepad.

Try it out:

I just use the super drag n drop in ie7pro. Autopastes multiline links. Theres probably a similar plugin for firefox cause it has as many features as memory leaks or something.

I use a similar Firefox extension called Right-Click-Link, which will open all the text you selected in a New Tab (i.e., it only has that one function, and only takes up one line in the menu, which imo is very good since it doesn't clutter my right click dropmenu).
