I didn't want to gum up the official thread with this, but I thought it might be a neat idea to make a thread with some showcases some of our Halo 3 custom content.

Be it screenshots, custom gametypes, Forge maps, or saved clips, pimp them here. Granted, the only ones you can directly link here are screens, but if something's up on your share, link that and tell us which slot.

Give feedback on other pics, and just show off awesome shit.

A quick script I threw up on my webspace to allow the uploads of the photos. I'll delete anything from there if it's uploaded and NOT Halo 3 content, but otherwise feel free to upload and post the image around.

It should be mentioned that these screens are likely to be huge, so you weenies on 768 aren't gonna be happy. Feel free to thumbnail if you guys want, but the script doesn't automatically take care of that, and I don't feel like adding that functionality. It's all about the high res anyway.

Anyway, I'll start.

This photo comes from Tails being a douchemuffin. Me and a friend of his are driving a Mongoose on Valhalla, and he decides that as we drive by, he'll hit us with the gravity hammer. The fact that we're on his team doesn't really dawn on him, it seems.

I was playing Lone Wolves for achievements, and I got the double laser kill with this. It was Crazy King, and I got pretty lucky. From my vantage point, you couldn't really see the blue guy. Pretty awesome nonetheless though.

Image i took of the Skills vs Tails banshee duel #1. Taken right at the moment of the impact of tail's fatal shot. If you look closely, you can see the banshee getting ready to eject skills out of the cockpit.

Get your shit connected to the net, so you can avenge yourself ( or become another mark on his banshee?). If it makes you feel any better, one time i got in a banshee and tails shot me down before i even knew what hit me.

Here is a 3:30 clip of me going up against the two scarabs on the Covenant map. It is the only thing I currently have on my file share; slot 1.

It was done on Normal difficulty as more of a proof of concept rather than a "here's how you do it on Legendary by yourself with all the skulls turned on" instructional video.

Escaping from an exploding Scarab after landing the Hornet on it, the guy above clearly didn't make it, and I JUST made it out, as you can see my shield is in the process of dropping.

Freakin' AWESOME escape. I loved it.

First image here is me sticking a grenade on the back of some dude's head. He had just killed one dude and was chasing another. He didn't get a chance to engage the second person. Because his head exploded. And then he had to wait to respawn.

This second image is of me firing the Spartan Laser. At the time that I fired it, I was not thinking anything of it, just me killing a dude, then the second guy walked out from behind that wall and I became incredibly sad. I missed the double kill with one shot by a split second. Watching the replay after the match only worked to further sadden me.

This one was on a ranked Team Slayer on Snowbound. My friend thinks he has a clear shot then his friend decides to go in front of the damn shot and cause a betrayal. I was laughing because it was a bit funny though.

This one is from a Team Slayer match that my team won. We were blue and I'm the one with the Turret in mid air. I just liked how this angle was a it looked bad ass from this angle in free camera.

Here's a typical social ctf game I was in. Red team was a few steps away from making a clean score but on a whim I decided to aim my laser and imagined the red horror they saw. Oh wait, it probably looked something like this:

Is there anyway to download the videos to the computer from bungie?

They're not videos, they're recreations of your game session using Halo 3's engine. So no.

A video of me sneaking into the enemy base on a One Bomb match and fucking them up.

Two of our teammates quit in the middle of a round, so it was two on four. I managed to sneak into their base, plant the bomb and kill the two guys who came after me, scoring the point. Cool stuff.

Well, they were moving, it's just that they clumped together for reasons unknown. It's not like they didn't know I had the ghost. I was riding around in it for at least a minute beforehand.
