Error installing Real Alternative

"Access Violation at address 00409806. Write of address 00401000"

I get this message when I try installing Real Alternative. Both Full and Lite versions. Trying out Old versions doesn't help either.

Help please?

EDIT: What the hell, closing off PSU fixed the problem... Weird.
