Fixwareout slowed my internet

I used "fixwareout" to fix some Steam bug but now it's completely screwed my internet speeds. I was suppose to be going at 1 mb/s and now it goes at 50kb/s. And on top of that, Steam doesn't work anymore.

Is there a way to reverse fixwareout's effects.
