You want a good scheduler that'll take advantage of multiple cores, use Linux. Or maybe BeOS, if it wasn't dead for however many years.
Seriously, though, I doubt any 3rd-party applications are going to actually improve the performance of the Windows scheduler. Whatever flaws it may have (it's not great but not THAT hideous) are integrated too deeply in the kernel for most such packages to do anything with. They're all scams. |
