Windows Wont boot without XP CD
 

I recently got a 500GB, Hard drive SATA (Seagate)

The thing is i was going to use it as an extra storage, but for some unknown reason Windows wont boot without the xp cd, after that everything is smooth.

Question, is there any way that i can copy all of the installed stuffs from this hard drive so i can copy it to my newer one (Since my PSU is acting crappy too)

Another Question, how do you make those crazy partitions, Thanks in advance.

You need to make a partition that is <1024 cylinders (about 4GB?) or some PCs won't be able to boot from it.

See if you can get a copy of partition magic and use that.
